What is our pricing policy?

Our pricing is built around two options to suit your travel needs. Regular routes offer budget-friendly fares on high-demand trips, like airport-to-ski resort transfers. You can check these out using the navigation bar at the top – pick your starting point (airports in France, Switzerland, or Italy, or ski resorts in the French, Swiss, or Italian Alps), then select your destination from the list on the booking page. These routes are pre-set, so they’re only available for specific location pairs. For more flexibility, our custom journey option calculates the fare based on distance traveled, delivering tailored perks like door-to-door service, extra luggage space, and room for ski gear – ensuring your transfer fits your exact plans.

What details are needed to book?

On the service booking page, we ask for:

  • Pickup & Drop-off Locations – If not pre-filled, enter your starting point and destination.
  • Dates & Preferred pick-up time – We’ll schedule your pick-up based on your flight number for optimal timing, but you can let us know your preferred time if you have one.
  • Flight number (if applicable) – This allows us to monitor landing and departure times, ensuring we schedule your transfer at the optimal time for your journey.
  • Number of passengers (Adults and children) – Total number of travelers, including adults and children under 12 years old. If child seats are needed, you can also specify the type of seat Baby/Booster/Children, providing the number of each type required.
  • Main passenger’s name – If you’re being picked up at the airport, the driver will be holding a sign with the main passenger’s name at the arrival hall.
  • Contact telephone number – A reachable phone number (including the country code, starting with ‘+’) is essential for communication and coordinating your transfer.
  • Additional information – Let us know about your luggage, any special needs, or specific requests for the driver.
